Many, if not most, people make some kind of New Year’s resolution – a promise to oneself to make a positive change in one’s life in the coming year. This often involves a health, career or relationship goal. Unfortunately, almost as many resolutions are broken as are made each year. Men can increase their odds of sticking to resolutions this time around if they know just what benefits will be reaped from doing so. In this vein, making oneself a promise to practice better male organ health in the new year is a great idea – the advantages a man gains from the following practices will enhance both his solo and partner-based sensual activities, which is something well worth a little effort.
1) Wash it on the daily.
If a man doesn’t shower every single day, it’s not usually a big deal, especially if he hasn’t engaged in activity that leaves him sweaty or dirty. But it behooves a man to at least give his member a good rinse with warm (not hot) water every day. Men with intact members in particular should make this a priority; smegma builds up under the prepuce, creating a ripe environment for bacterial infections, not to mention unpleasant smells.
